This is a nice light weight short handled ax to carry in your pack on hunting trips. It has a 15 ounce head with about an 11 inch handle. The head is fully hardened and tempered including the poll.

This ax has a nice wide blade for helping skin big game and cutting bones. It’s also got a hardened poll that can be used for driving tent stakes and other camp chores.
