This is a nice little Damascus Carving Ax with the head weighing about one pound and a 15” hickory handle.
The head is made from 1084 high carbon steel ball bearings and 1095 high carbon powdered steel with 4% nickel. The head has been fully hardened and tempered to about 57 Rockwell. It comes with a razor sharp cutting edge and a custom made leather sheath.
