This Chef’s knife is 12” long over all. The blade is 7.75” long and 2.5” wide at the widest point. The blade is tapered from the spine to the cutting edge It’s semi flexible and lightweight

The blade is Nitro V stainless steel. This is a tough high carbon stainless steel that gets extremely sharp and holds an edge very well and is still fairly easy to sharpen.

The handle is a material called Ultrex Sure Touch. It’s colored layers of G10 with layers of rubber. This gives it a very comfortable secure grip. Water doesn’t affect it and it doesn’t get slippery when it’s wet.

The custom made leather sheath keeps the knife safe and secure and protects the cutting edge. It does not have a belt loop on it.

This knife comes ready to use and is extremely sharp.
