This boning is 11” over all with a 6” blade. It has a thin flexible blade. The blade tapers from the spine to the cutting edge.

The blade is Nitro V stainless steel. This is a tough high carbon stainless steel that gets extremely sharp and holds an edge very well and is still fairly easy to sharpen.

The handle is a material called Ultrex Sure Touch. It’s colored layers of G10 with layers of rubber. This gives it a very comfortable secure grip. Water doesn’t affect it and it doesn’t get slippery when it’s wet.

This knife comes ready to use and is extremely sharp.
