This stainless steel paring knife is made with Nitro V stainless steel. It’s 8.75” long with a 4.5” blade.

It’s a full tang construction design. The handle scales are held on with stainless steel fasteners.

The handle scales themselves are layers of G10 and rubber. This handle material gives a comfortable secure grip. Water will not affect the handle and with the rubber layers it doesn’t get slippery when it’s wet.

The Nitro V steel is very tough and holds an edge extremely well and is fairly easy to sharpen.

This knife comes ready to use and is extremely sharp.
